天水华天科技股份有限公司成立于2003年12月25日，2007年11月20日公司股票（002185）在深圳证券交易所成功发行上市。公司主要从事半导体集成电路、半导体元器件的封装测试业务。可封装DIP、SIP、SOP、SSOP、TSSOP、QFP、LQFP、ELQFP、QFN、DFN、BGA、LGA、MCM(MCP)、TSV-CSP、SiP、SOT、TO, BUMPING, WLCSP, FOWLP等20余个系列300个集成电路封装品种。年封装能力300亿块，封装成品率≥99.9%。可进行5寸、6寸、8寸、12寸等晶圆测试和集成电路测试，年测试能力250亿块。公司通过科技创新和持续不断的技术改造，可为客户提供SiP、CSP、FC、多圈QFN等高端集成电路以及MEMS、LED封装技术和产品。
   公司在我国集成电路封装行业排名第二位，是工信部重点监控企业。2010年公司全资子公司华天科技（西安）有限公司投产运行。2011年参股，2013年控股华天科技（昆山）电子有限公司，正式进入TSV封装领域，成为全球第一个应用TSV技术为图像处理传感器提供量产服务的封测公司。2011年9月，华天电子科技园正式投产，年封装能力逐步扩大。2015年4月1日，天水华天科技有限公司（TSHT）完成了对FlipChip International LLC及其子公司(MMS/FCMS)的100%股权收购。2015年4月28日，天水华天科技有限公司（TSHT）控股迈克51%股份，更加有力的推动了公司稳步向前发展的步伐。

    TianshuiHuatian Technology Co., Ltd. (TSHT) was founded on 25DEC2003, and then became a listed company on 20NOV2007 in Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market (Stock code 002185). Its major business focuses on Assembly, Testing and Finishing of Semiconductor ICs and Components. Providing more than 20 series (300 types) of packages, including DIP, SIP, SOP, SSOP, TSSOP, QFP, LQFP, ELQFP, QFN, DFN, BGA, LGA, MCM(MCP), TSV-CSP, SiP, SOT, TO, BUMPING, WLCSP , F0WLP. Assembly Capacity is 30Bu/Year, with Assembly Yield ≥99.9%. TSHT provides chip probing (5” ~ 12”) and IC testing, with the capacity of 25 Bu/Year. To fulfill the demand from market and customers, TSHT developed assembly technology and products of SiP, CSP, FC, V/UQFN, MEMS and LED devices. The Huatian Technology (Xi’an) Co., LTD, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSHT, started mass production in 2010. With Huatian Technology (Kunshan) Electronics Co., LTD, Invested in 2011then major shares held in 2013 by Huatian Technology, TSHT stepped into TSV industry, becoming the first company that providing mass production for image processor sensor via TSV technology. In 2011SEP, at Headquarter in Tianshui, with the greatest support from Gansu Provincial Government, the Huatian Technology Park was successfully put into production, with enough space for the next 10-15years expansions. On April 1st, 2015, TianShuiHuatian Technology Co., LTD (TSHT)completed the 100% acquisition of FlipChip International LLC and its subsidiaries (MMS & FCMS).
